Category 6 network cable (Cat 6), an advancement of the UTP Cat 5e, is backward compatible with the Category 5/5e and Category 3 cable standards, in line with ISO/IEC 11801:2002 and EIA/TIA 568B standards. Its bandwidth is twice bigger than that of Category 5e (Cat 5e) cable, and its transmission performance is much higher than Category 5e Network cable, suitable for Gigabit Ethernet (maximum transmission distance of 100m) and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (maximum transmission distance of 37m~55m) wiring. There are two types of Category 6 cables: shielded (UTP) and unshielded (FTP).
Category 6a network cable(Cat6a) is an upgraded version of Cat6 network cable, so it is also called "enhanced Cat6 network cable". It conforms to the standards of ISO/IEC 11801:2002 and EIA/TIA 568-B.2-1. In terms of performance, it is better than the Category 6 network cable (Cat 6). Compared with Category 6 network cables, the outer diameter of Category 6 cables is larger, the weight is heavier, and the minimum bending radius is larger, backward compatible with the Category 6, 5/5e cables. Cat 6A performance is defined for frequencies up to 500 MHz—twice bigger than that of Cat 6.

1.The incoming inspection of raw materials.
(We check that the grade, diameter and elongation of copper rods to ensure the raw materials are correct and qualified. A visual inspection was also performed for any physical defects.)
2.Quality inspeciations are carried out throughout the manufacturing process including manual and automated testing.
(Semi-finished products are manually tested by QC controllers between each manufacturing stage. Automated testing employs electronic instruments to monitor the measurement results of the manufacturing process itself.)
