Dome Fiber Optic Splice Closure

Vertical type of fiber optic splice closures looks like a dome, thus they are also called dome fiber optic splice closure. They meet the same specification as the horizontal types, can be used for aerial, underground, man-hole, duct and pole mounting. As for dome type, according to the sealing ways, including shrinkable dome closure and mechanical dome closure. They provide a versatile solution for splicing and protecting outdoor fiber connections in a familiar dome form factor. The vertical fiber optic splice closure is used in CATV, telecommunications and fiber optic networks.

• Base and dome sealed with clamp and O-ring system, which makes it easy for fiber management

• Base-to-dome seals on closure are mechanical and heat-shrinkable for ease of installation and reentry. No other sealing adhesive tape is needed
